The Rohlfing Real Estate is a team of three family members: Dave, Linda, and Blake Rohlfing. We are one of the top producing teams in St. Charles County, selling over $12 million in real estate with over 100 transactions a year for the past 5 years. We specialize in residential and investment property, along with commercial real estate and farms. We take pride in our negotiating skills, averaging about 8% off listing price, as opposed to the average of 3% among the competition.
